Website Design and Development Process to Transform Your Vision into a Successful Reality
Web design and development process spans 6 distinct phases.
Phase 1: Home Page Design
This is the first phase of the website design process. We finalize the HOME PAGE design as per the client briefing. The theme, elements, content, and formatting sync together to depict a cohesive image of the brand.
We provide the design as a JPEG image in the first phase.
Requirement from the client for this phase:
- Content
- Multimedia and images.
- Contact information.
- Social media links.
- Reference URL or rough draft.
- Color preference to match other marketing assets.
- Logo
- Domain and hosting detail.
Phase 2: HTML Version
Once the design is approved, our work progresses ahead. We develop the home page’s HTML version as per the approved design. We also design two other internal pages. This step provides responsive design functionality along with scrolling effects and animation on the website.

Phase 3: Development phase
By this stage, we have the design ready. Now we progress to the key phase, i.e., the web development as per the approved framework and technology (like WordPress, Laravel, CI, Joomla etc.). This phase has a number of time-bound milestones within it, and requires intensive collaboration between various programming team members to get the best output.

Phase 4: Quality Assurance
The next phase is assessing the look, feel, and functionality of the website after its development. The tester will test the website across various parameters to ensure that the website is performing as intended.
After completing the development of the website, we perform the quality check on the website based on the finalized campaign deliverables and the testing parameters. Refer to our extensive list of QC parameters we run the site through, at the end of this document. The tester will give approval for sharing with the client. Once the client approves the development phase, we progress to the next phase, i.e., the site live process.
Phase 5: Launch Website
In this phase, we initiate the process of taking the website live. This involves transferring the website’s files and database to a web server and configuring the necessary domain name settings. The site’s functionality, design, and content are rigorously tested. Doing so ensures a seamless user experience. Finally, the website is officially launched and can be accessed by users worldwide.

Phase 6 : Post Launch testing
This is the last phase after deploying the site on live servers. There are any steps followed in this phase:
